The petitioner seeks bail in Dharhara P.S. Case No. 52 of 2010, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 147, 124A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 17 of the CLA Act and under Section 123 of the UPA Act. The petitioner is named in the FIR for exploding PHC. It is submitted that the informant is not the eye-witness of the occurrence. Similarly situated co-accused B.D.O. Kora @ Korelal Kora @ Binay Kora has already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in jail since 04.08.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
