The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No. 92 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 321, 353, 307, 188, 153(A) and 295(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 79176 of 2019 and the case of this petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4176 of 2020(4) dt.03-07-2020 2/2 stands on similar footing. Hence, the petitioner may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No. 92 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
