The present writ application has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to the respondents to make payment of salary Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the stand taken by the respondents in the counter affidavit.
From the counter affidavit, it appears that the
Patna High Court CWJC No.24081 of 2018(3) dt.27-02-2020 2/2 respondents have accepted the entitlement of the petitioner but the delay is attributed to the dealing assistant. Considering the stand taken in the counter affidavit, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Education Officer, Sitamarhi to ensure payment of entire dues to the petitioner in one go within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which, the respondents shall be under obligation to pay interest at the rate of 9% per annum from the date of entitlement till the date of actual payment.
With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
