1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case no. 352 of 2023 registered under section 21(b)(c) of NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, about 925 bottles of intoxicated cough syrup was found in the house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession who is in custody since 26.11.2023 and has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the case.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation against the petitioner, recovery of 925 bottles of intoxicated cough syrup from the house of the petitioner, the Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and the application is rejected.

7. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
