2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hayaghat P.S. Case No. 177 of 2024 registered for the offence
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2021 of 2025(3) dt.09-04-2025 2/3 under Sections 309(4), 317(2) and 317(5) of the BNS, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with two other persons is said to have snatched Rs. 6000/- and mobile phone with SIM from the informant on gun point.
4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to previous monetary dispute. He further submits that the occurrence is of 15.10.2024 and the FIR has been lodged on 27.10.2024.
5. Considering the facts of the case, the delay in lodging the FIR and also considering the fact that two accused persons have already been granted bail by this Court, this application is allowed.
6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Cheif Judicial Magistrate-I, Darbhanga/concerned Court below in connection with Hayaghat P.S. Case No. 177 of 2024.
7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Kalyanpur Police Station on first Sunday of each month. Any
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2021 of 2025(3) dt.09-04-2025 3/3 default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. Re. Cr. Misc. No. 5144 of 2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with two other persons is said to have snatched Rs. 6000/- and mobile phone with SIM from the informant on gun point.
4. The looted SIM has been recovered from the petitioner who is in custody since 5.12.2024.
5. Considering the recovery of looted SIM from the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
