JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner is languishing in custody since 11.09.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20 and 22 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

The prosecution case is that from the possession of the petitioner 250 grams heroin along with mobile and cash Rs. 4,000/- were recovered.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion accusation has been levelled. Now the investigation has already concluded. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16858 of 2016 (3) dt.27-04-2016 Considering the commercial quantity of recovery of contraband, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the application for bail stands dismissed.

Let, the trial be expedited.
