JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-03-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S.Case No. 892 of 2018 registered for the offences under Sections 409 and 420 of the IPC.

Allegation against the petitioner, who happens to be Assistant Manager of Diwari PACS and allegation against her is that she has not produced the papers of PACS before the Audit Team.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that allegation is false and concocted as the responsibility to produce the paper of PACS is of Chairman of PACS. Heard learned APP for the State Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4892 of 2019(3) dt.12-03-2019 2/2 in the event of her arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks from the receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. case No. 892 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
