Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence nor with the recovery shown to have been made from him. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 01.10.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
