The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 354, 385 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner took her obscene photographs and also demanded extortion of Rs. 3 lac. It is submitted that petitioner is next door neighbour of the informant and the petitioner never took any photograph of the informant. The petitioner is in jail since 07.02.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioner has already remained in jail for about four and half months the petitioner, above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 66/2015.
