In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 02 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 341/342/307/326/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per First Information Report, the petitioner and others called the boy of the petitioner and put his hand inside the weaving machine which led to imputation of his hand. It has been submitted that it is the machine of the petitioner where the accident took place because the son of the Informant has put his hand inside the machine.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17302 of 2016 (2) dt.28-04-2016 Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Md. Zikrullah, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 02 of 2016.
