JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri (Dr.) Ajit Kumar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. This is the second attempt, in a short span, for grant of bail. Lastly on 21.01.2016, the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected. Thereafter on 31.03.2016, the present petition was filed for grant of bail again.

In this case by earlier order i.e. order dated 06.04.2016, a report was called for from the court below regarding stage of the case, which has been received and kept at Flag-A. The report suggests that trial is going on and out of seven chargesheeted witnesses, three have already been examined. Accordingly, since the trial is continuing, there is no need to review of my earlier order. The petition stands again

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14465 of 2016 (3) dt.27-04-2016 2/2 rejected with observation that the learned trial court may take steps, so that the trial may come to its logical end without unnecessary delay preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
