The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner, committed the murder of sister of the informant. Petitioner happens to be sister-in-law of the deceased (xksruh).

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. She lives separately with her husband and has got no concern with the affairs of deceased and her husband. There is general and omnibus allegation. Husband of the deceased is already in custody and

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - VII, Darbhanga in connection with Baheri P.S.
