JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 02-03-2016 Seen the report submitted by the learned lower Court. As stay has not been granted up-till-now relating to Cri. Revision No.29 of 2016, on account thereof, there happens to be no impediment in proceeding with the trial.
Accordingly, learned lower Court is directed to proceed with the trial and conclude the same within two months, failing which will be answerable for disobedience of the Court's order. However, it is made clear that in case of stay having been granted in connection with Cri. Revision No.29 of 2016, then in that event, the learned lower Court will proceed in accordance thereof. With the aforesaid observation, instant record is therefore, directed to be consigned.
