Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 435, 427 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act, Section 3⁄4 of Explosive Substance Act and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act. Petitioner is not named in the first information report and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that after one year of the alleged occurrence, the name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused, Ashok Tanti and having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Banka in connection with Sessions Trial No. 22 of 2016 arising out of Amarpur (Fullidumar) P.S. Case No. 276 of 2014.
