JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 31-01-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rahika P.S. Case No. 91 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the minor daughter of informant and handing her over to other accused persons.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner she is a lady and has falsely been implicated in this case and has been in judicial custody since 21.11.2019.

Learned counsel for the State and informant opposed the prayer of bail.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5312 of 2020(2) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -I, Madhubani, in connection with Rahika P.S. Case No. 91 of 2019, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make herself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of her bail bonds.
