The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 364 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named the petitioner along with other accused persons and alleged that they all kidnapped the informant and one Dhirendra Sah. The petitioner took out Rs.1200/- from the pocket of the informant. Thereafter the accused persons demanded the extortion of rupees five lacs. It is submitted that all the allegations are false. Similarly situated co-accused Bhagwat Singh has already been enlarged on bail vide Criminal Misc. No. 16716 of 2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23753 of 2015 (2) dt.10-07-2015 above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Ad-hoc Additional Sessions Judge VIII, Purnea in connection with Sessions Trial No. 344 of 2014 arising out of K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 510 of 2012.
