JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 16.01.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner was caught with stolen motorcycle and forged documents but at the time of seizure, petitioner himself disclosed that he had purchased the aforesaid motorcycle from other co-accused. No doubt, on the basis of aforesaid disclosure some stolen motorcycles were recovered but the same were recovered from possession of other co-accused. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and the investigation against him

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.D.
