Petitioner seeks bail in Deepnagar P.S. Case No.84 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 307/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2018 having clean antecedents. In the written report, it is alleged that on the day of Aagza, someone shot him from his back and he fell down. It is alleged that informant saw this petitioner holding pistol in his hand. The Petitioner opened fire, but it did not hit him. In this manner, mere suspicion has been raised against the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Deepnagar P.S.
