1. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. It appears from the report of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Bettiah Sadar as made available to this Court through Letter No. 341 dated 02.03.2024, which now taken on record during the proceeding itself, that the pending case no. 992m/2001 under Section 145 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25768 of 2015(9) dt.15-03-2024 2/2 Cr.P.C., as preferred by petitioner no. 1, has been dismissed in want of prosecution vide order dated 05.08.2022.

3. In view of aforesaid factual background, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the preset quashing petition.

5. The present quashing petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
