Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 385, 504, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner and other F.I.R. named accused are said to have demanded extortion money and made firing but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that there was some dispute between co-accused, Alok Pushpam and informant as the informant had taken Rs. 85,000/- from the aforesaid co-accused, Alok Pushpam and when the said co-accused demanded his money, the informant lodged this case implicating the petitioner, who happens to be friend of co-accused, Alok Pushpam. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 653 of 2014.
