JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that more than one lac fake currency notes were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 690 (C) of 2014, pending in the court of Special Court of Economic Offence Court, Patna, stands rejected. However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
