====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 29-01-2024 On 18.12.2023, the following order was passed. "In this case vide order dated 21.08.2023 of the Co-ordinate Bench notices were issued to all the respondents under both process but the respondents could not be served as it appears from the office report dated 02.11.2023.
2. Today, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there was no requirement of issuance of notices upon all the respondents since it was only respondent no. 3 who was contesting the matter and he seeks time of four weeks for filing copy of the relevant documents to support of his claim.
3. As prayed, learned counsel for the petitioners is granted time of four weeks for filing relevant documents.
4. It is made clear that if the relevant documents are not filed within the stipulated period, the petition would be dismissed.
