2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest for an offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b), 37(b) of Arms Act.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, petitioner along with other co-accused persons started abusing and assaulting the informant and also threatened to kill the informant and his brother.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that petitioner has one criminal antecedent. He next submits that there is case and counter

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that there is case and counter case between them, let the petitioner, above named, be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below, within a period of six weeks from today, on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai (Amhara) P.S. Case No. 914 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Ramesh Chand Malviya, J) Harshita/- U T
