JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 22-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Two bail petitions are being heard together and disposed of by common order as two cases arise in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13452 of 2016 (2) dt.22-04-2016 Kotwali P.S. Case No. 24 of 2016 registered under Sections 419, 420, 465, 468, 471 and 120B of Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that one Pradeep Kumar Singh in pretext of providing service fraudulently taken out several lakhs of rupees. from the informant and others.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that named of the petitioners find place amongst fourteen persons who were standing at Danapur Railway Hospital. It is further submitted that no role attributed to these petitioners except that they were standing at Danapur Railway Hospital.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 24 of 2016.
