JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 22-06-2017 In this Public Interest Litigation filed, petitioner has made vague and general allegation to say that in the 12th Class examination conducted by the respondent Board, large scale illegalities have been committed. Except for making vague and unspecified allegation, the fact remains that petitioner is not a student who had participated in the examination, not a single evidence or material is shown to prima facie record a finding that what has been stated in the writ petition is correct. Even the subjects, the question paper and the manner in which the petitioner comes to the conclusion that evaluation has been done illegally, is not indicated in the writ

That being so, at the instance of a busy body like the petitioner, we are not inclined to interfere into the matter. Liberty shall be available to the students aggrieved in the matter to ventilate their grievance in accordance with law before an appropriate forum. At the instance of the petitioner in this Public Interest Litigation, finding no indulgence to be made, we dispose of the matter with liberty to the aggrieved persons.
