2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Forest Case No. 79F of 2022 for the offence registered under sections 41 and 42 of the Indian Forest Act and sections 5, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13 and 14 of the Bihar Saw Mills (Regulation) Act, 1990 lodged on 23.07.2022 by the informant, Anju Kumari.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant- a forest official lodged a written complaint alleging that illegal saw mill was operational and the rare forest trees were chopped off illegally. Accordingly, visited the said place and seized all the materials including the machines/tools being used for the purpose. Accordingly, the FIR.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he being a poor person, repeatedly implicated in forest cases though he concedes that he has criminal antecedent.
5. Learned APP for the State, on the other hand, points out that the case is of the year 2022 and even thereafter he has committed offence as alleged in Forest Case No. 61 of 2023 and Forest Case No. 29F of 2023.
6. Considering the fact that even after the lodging of the present case, he was found accused in two other cases, it would be appropriate that he seeks bail.
7. Cr. Misc. No. 10734 of 2024 stands rejected. (Rajiv Roy, J) Neha/- U T
