The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The daughter of the informant was married with Arjun Mandal about 10 years ago. The informant alleged that his daughter could not be able to give birth to a child and that is why Arjun Mandal and his family members killed his daughter on 07.07.2014. The petitioner is the brother of the husband of the deceased and no specific allegation is made against him. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
