The petitioner is languishing in custody since 20.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1B)a, 26 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was apprehended with SSBL-Gun along with cartridges and copy of expired arms licence no.117 of 2009.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was guard in a security company which carries currency to different ATM. Moreover, for non-renewal of arms license there are provisions for taking action against the licensee

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24212 of 2015 (3) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 and the investigation has already concluded.

Considering the fact that investigation has already concluded, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No.489 of 2014.
