Petitioner is accused in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No.570 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 327, 307, 34 of the I.P.C. and section 27 of the Arms Act. The accusation is that the informant was called by Nand Kishore Rai and his son Mishri Rai. When the informant reached near the house of Lalji Pandit, the petitioner came on motorcycle and started abusing, thereafter, Nand Kishrore Rai and Mishri Rai caught hold him and petitioner caused injury at his right palm through pistol.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that injuries as found on the person of the informant is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13568 of 2016 (2) dt.06-04-2016 2/2 simple in nature. It is also submitted that the petitioner and the informant are next door neighbour and the dispute has already been resolved between them and a compromise petition has also been filed in this regard in the Court of C.J.M., Danapur on 22.01.2016 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 570 of 2015.
