JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 29-01-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No.83 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that while the informant was coming to his house, he was intercepted by the miscreants and on pistol point snatched ATM Cards, Rs.6000/- cash, mobile and key of the motorcycle.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Later on his name has come on the confessional statement of co-accused. Apart from this, he is accused in two other cases. He is in custody for more than four months.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4430 of 2020(2) dt.29-01-2020 2/2 petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No.83 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and further condition that he has to appear in local police station for a period of six months, so that police may watch his conduct, otherwise his bail bonds shall be cancelled.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj for needful. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J.) amit/- U T
