The petitioners seek bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.191 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 325, 326, 379 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution story, in brief, is that on 28.02.2015 at 10.30 A.M. Sanju Devi and Shail Devi (petitioner no.2) and other persons along with 3-4 unknown persons armed with deadly weapons, arrived at the door of the informant and petitioner no.2 gave order to assault on which the accused started assaulting the

Naresh Rai gave a rod blow on the head of the informant causing injury to him and thereafter the informant fell down on the ground and became unconscious and the accused persons fractured the hand of the informant by means of rod and when his wife and son came to rescue, the accused persons also assaulted her by lathi and Danda by catching hold her hair as a result her left fractured and with an intention to kill the son of the informant, Naresh Rai gave a rod blow at his head causing severe bleeding.
It is further alleged that in the meantime accused Sanju Devi brought a gallon of full acid and handed over the same to Naresh Rai and accused Naresh Rai threw the acid on the informant as a result of which several parts of her body had been burnt. During course of assault, Naresh Rai snatched gold ornaments of the informant's wife. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the both the petitioners are ladies and no injuries are attributed against them. It has further been submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedents and they are in custody since 13.04.2015. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the first information report.
