Petitioner is accused in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 196 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 506/34 of the I.P.C.

The accusation is that on 03.09.2015 at about 8:30 am., when the informant Md. Samim along with his friend Imran reached near the temple, petitioner and Vikky along with 5 unknown were present and they stopped his motorcycle. In the meantime, Vikky caught hold both hands of the informant and thereafter, petitioner gave knife blow causing injury at his back and shoulder and at that time, this petitioner also snatched Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13650 of 2016 (2) dt.12-04-2016 2/2 25,000/- Submission is that in fact, the petitioner is running tea shop where hot talk were exchanged in between the petitioner and informant and both parties have sustained injuries. Petitioner have also filed Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 197 of 2015 regarding the same occurrence. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 04.09.2015. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Motihari in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 196 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
