The petitioner seeks bail in Shrinagar (Pujahan) P.S. Case No. 16 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 511, 448 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have entered into the house of the prosecutrix and made an attempt to commit rape with her. It is submitted that the father of the prosecutrix encroached the land of the petitioner and that is why this false case is filed. Petitioner is in jail since 25.03.2015. Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than three and half months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
