The petitioner seeks bail in Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 43/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was apprehended and from his possession one loaded country made pistol and live cartridges were recovered for that the petitioner is in jail since 15.04.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about five and half months. He has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 43/2015.
