Heard the parties.
The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/467/468/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code. According to FIR, the petitioner being local Mukhiya was one of the member of the appointment committee for the post of teacher. After selection of the teachers their credentials were sent for verification and it was reported that some of the credentials were forged one.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3090 of 2020(3) dt.25-06-2020 2/3 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no fault is there on the part of the petitioner. The appointment was made in the year 2008 and there was delay in sending the credential for verification. As soon as the fact was noticed that some credentials of some of the candidates were forged one, their appointments were scarped. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the fact that there is no material to substantiate that the petitioner had produced the forged credentials, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 170 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as subject to the following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial
