The petitioner seeks bail in Bihar P.S. Case No. 148 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have seated on a stolen motorcycle near Nayi Sarai Chowk and after seeing the police personnel the petitioner started to flee away but he was arrested. It is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. The petitioner is in jail since 06.04.2015.
