2. This appeal has been preferred against the order dated 12.12.2024, passed by the learned Special Judge, S.C./S.T. Court (Sadar), Patna, in connection with A.B.P. No. 5078 of 2024, arising out of Fathua P.S. Case No. 572 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 103(1), 352 and 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 3(1)(r) (s) and 3(2)(v) of the S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, by which the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellants was rejected.

3. As per the prosecution case, the appellants along with other co-accused persons are said to have killed the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that there is no specific allegation of assault against these appellants.

5. Considering the fact that these appellants have participated in the crime, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.

6. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.
