JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 30-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Yogapatti P.S. Case No. 383 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 143, 447, 341, 323, 324, 308, 354, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner no.1 is of assault with farsa to the informant, allegation against petitioner no.2 is of assault with iron rod to the informant, also allegation against petitioner no.1 & 3 is of torn the cloth of one Pinki Devi and the petitioner no.4 is father of petitioner nos. 1 to 3 and he is also named in the F.I.R.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that a case is going on between the parties and moreover all

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Yogapatti P.S. Case No. 383 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
