2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dighwara P.S. Case No. 257 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner, who is the father-in-law, is alleged to have killed the deceased along with other co-accused persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The allegation is general and omnibus in nature. The petitioner is in jail since 04.08.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., IInd Chapra, Saran in connection with Dighwara P.S.
