The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 249/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307/325/324/323/341/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties with injuries on both the sides. It is further submitted that the present petitioners have clean antecedents and the case registered by them was prior to the case registered by the informant of the present case. It is also submitted that there was land dispute between the parties.

No.3765 of 2020(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, XV, Gopalganj, in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 249/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
