1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application with respect to petitioner no.1, namely, Amarjeet Singh, who was arrested during pendency of the same.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with respect to petitioner no.1, namely, Amarjeet Singh.

5. The petitioner no.2 seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4712 of 2026(2) dt.19-03-2026 2/3 Sections 329(3), 115(2), 109, 74, 76, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman aged about 20 years and the informant alleges that his agnate Asha Devi on 11.07.2025 at 8.00 P.M. came and started abusing. On protest, Amarjeet assaulted on his head by a sharp edged weapon causing injury and he became unconscious, thereafter Suman assaulted his wife Sapna by rod but she saved herself. Further, Suman assaulted his Bhabhi by daab causing injury on left hand and Amarjeet tore his wife's sari and snatched ear ring worth Rs.35,000/-

7. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that petitioner is daughter of Amarjeet and informant is own brother of Amarjeet, thus is own uncle of the petitioner. It is next submitted that on account of dispute relating to property and an altercation took place in which both sides assaulted each other. It is also submitted that petitioner is not a criminal and if in the nature of allegation the petitioner is sent to judicial custody, her entire career would get jeopardized.

8. Learned A.P.P. opposes the anticipatory bail application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner no.2, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Vaishali P. S. Case No.505 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
