Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 380, 457 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused, Faijan, who was caught on the spot but admittedly, nothing was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and investigation against him has already been completed.
