JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-02-2020 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.4.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 26539 of 2019 by which petitioners were granted bail on surrender within a period of six weeks.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they could not surrender within the time, as such they have come for modification of the order.

Heard learned APP and perused the record from which it appears that order was passed on 24.4.2019 and after almost seven months they have come for modification of the order. Accordingly, I find no merit in this application. It is dismissed.
