====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-03-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P. S. Case No. 614 of 2023 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., these petitioners are alleged to have stabbed son of the informant with knife. Doctor has found grievous injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Allegation of stabbing is general and omnibus. Petitioners claim

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4631 of 2025(2) dt.05-03-2025 2/2 clean antecedent and they are in custody since 03.09.2024. Charge-sheet has already been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the nature of allegation, clean antecedent and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.
