The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 395 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from his possession. The petitioner was apprehended by the police and took his signature on a plain paper which has been converted into confessional statement. The petitioner was not put on T. I. Parade although he is in jail since 01.04.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
