This application has been filed for restoration of CWJC No. 16517 of 2007 which was dismissed for noncompliance of the order dated 15.11.2016. It is contended that the petitioner was under wrong impression that the order dated 15.11.2016 was fully complied on 14.12.2016 but only part compliance was made, therefore, CWJC No. 16517 of 2007 could not be restored. However, it is further contended that the said order would be fully complied in course of the day. Let him do so.

If the said order is fully complied in course of

Patna High Court MJC No.1510 of 2017(5) dt.02-11-2017 2/2 the day, the restoration application shall stand allowed and C.W.J.C. No. 16517 of 2007 shall stand restored to its original file and number.
