2. The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) By issue of an appropriate writ the 16 Katha lang under Thana no. 402, Book no. 4,
Patna High Court CWJC No.1205 of 2025(2) dt.30-01-2025 2/3 Jamabandi no. 1479 Khata no. Old- 168, New193, Plot no. 736, 755, 819 820, 821, 823 and 825 and Khata no 666, Plot no. 822 in Mauza Brahampura, Anchal- Musahari, P. S.- Musahari District- Muzaffarpur which has been gifted to the petitioners be allowed to continue in their name and rent for the same be accepted and rent receipt in lieu thereof be granted to the petitioners. (ii) By issue of an appropriate writ the respondents or anybody be restrained from disturbing and interfering with the possession of the petitioners over the said 16 Katha of land. (iii) By issue of an appropriate writ it be directed that the erring officer namely respondent nos. 8 to 11 of this writ application be prosecuted for various offences committed by them and they be appropriately punished by being run down under departmental proceeding etc.
(iv) By an ad-interim order the respondents be directed to restore and allow 16 Katha of land under Thana no. 402, Book no. 4, Jamabandi no. 1479, Khata no. Old-168, New-
Patna High Court CWJC No.1205 of 2025(2) dt.30-01-2025 3/3 193, Plot no. 736, 755, 819, 820, 821, 823, 825 and Khata no. 666, Plot no. 822 in Mauza Brahampura, Anchal Musahari, P. S.- Musahari District- Muzaffarpur in the name of the petitioners and rent be accepted from them and rent receipt be issued.
(v) Any other relief or relief's which the petitioners be found entitled to be granted to them.
3. The petitioners claim the land in question to be their raiyati land which they got from their maternal uncle on the basis of gift deed. As submitted the names of the petitioners have been mutated in the revenue records.
4. The petitioner makes a prayer for restraining the respondents in interfering with his possession and also for acceptance of the land revenue by the State authorities.
5. The petitioner may take the recourse of alternative remedy provided under the law.
6. With these observation(s), the writ petition stands disposed of.
