12.08.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Mahila P.S. Case No. 8 of 2015 registered under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of POCSO Act pending before the Additional Sessions Judge 1st-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Gaya.

Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to hold the trial on day to day basis in view of the direction of the Hon'ble Supreme Court and for which reason he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30190 of 2015 (2) dt.12-08-2015 order, to the Superintendent of Police, Gaya, and the Superintendent of Police, Gaya is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
