The petitioner is in custody in connection with Pirpainty P.S. Case No. 52 of 2018 for the offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 12.07.2018. He further submits that the present case accused in Mojahidpur P.S. Case No. 95 of 2018 and in that case petitioner is gone bail. He further submits that the case Pirpainty P.S. Case No. 52 of 2018 registered against unknown, petitioner was remanded in the present case on 01.10.2018 and till date he has not been put on TIP.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3814 of 2019(2) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Bhagalpur in connection with Pirpainty P.S. Case No. 52 of 2018.
