The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 279,307,353,414,429,341,323,504,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 11(D)(F) of Animals Cruelty Act (Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act).

Other co-accused were found carrying animals in a cruel manner on a truck. Out of 22 animals, 02 had already died in the same truck at the time of recovery. Petitioner is owner of the truck and was not present at the time of seizure of the truck. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the fact that since there is no direct

No.3446 of 2020(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000 (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Amnaur P.S.Case No.349 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
